Summer Enrichment Program

The Harvard-Westlake Summer Enrichment Program is designed to provide academically motivated students with further enrichment in a variety of academic and extracurricular subjects. In an effort to fulfill Harvard-Westlake’s long standing commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as serve brilliant children from underserved populations throughout the Los Angeles area, the Summer Enrichment Program (SEP) seeks to enroll rising fourth and fifth graders with demonstrated academic potential and financial need. SEP is a free-of-charge program which runs from July 1, 2025 to July 24, 2025 at the middle school campus. SEP combines rigorous, project-based course work and fun, artistic and sports activities into a full day of learning (8:00 AM - 2:00 PM). Rising fourth and fifth grade students who are eager to challenge themselves academically during the summer are eligible and should request an application. A teacher recommendation is required and all completed materials must be received by March 1. Please contact SEP Director Brenda Simon at bsimon@hw.com for additional details or with any questions.
