Parents/guardians of students applying for Fall 2027 entry are invited to attend an Admission Information Session featuring brief remarks from administrators and students, followed by a Q&A.
To register, use the same login credentials you will use for the admission application. If you don't yet have an account, complete the admission inquiry to receive a PIN and create your login. You may register before submitting your admission application.

Group Campus Tours
MIDDLE SCHOOL CAMPUS TOUR FOR PROSPECTIVE PARENTS/GUARDIANS
Prospective parents and guardians considering Harvard-Westlake for Grades 7 or 9 are invited to join a small-group tour led by a member of the Admission Office. These visits are designed especially for families who are new to Harvard-Westlake and would find it helpful to see the campus and get a sense of daily life as they consider whether to apply.
Tours are optional and are offered simply as a resource for families who would find a campus visit helpful. Please note that advance registration is required.
Applicant families interviewing in person will receive a personal tour of the Middle School campus led by a current student ambassador on the day of their interview.

UPPER SCHOOL CAMPUS TOUR FOR PROSPECTIVE FAMILIES
Families who have applied to Harvard-Westlake for Grades 9, 10, or 11 are invited to visit the Upper School campus for a small-group tour led by a student ambassador. Applicants may attend with up to two parents or guardians.
Tours are optional, and participation has no bearing on the admission process. Please note that advance registration is required.
Grade 9 applicant families interviewing in person will receive a separate personal tour of the Middle School campus led by a current student ambassador on the day of their interview.
