Harvard-Westlake congratulates Michelle Meyers ’86 on the publication of her novel, The Immaculate Complexion.
Meyers and friend Robin Strober, under the pseudonym Edie Bloom, write about the cutthroat world of cosmetics.
The publisher summary states, “In what might be considered a timely coincidence, the novel features two comical characters that are loosely based on Paris and Nicky Hilton. “Summer” and “Rebecca” are the ditzy granddaughters of the founder of LeVigne Cosmetics and one of them commits a tawdry crime of passion and is carted off to jail!”
Meyers and Strober worked for several years at the New York corporate headquarters of the Estée Lauder Companies before beginning their writing careers. They are currently working on their next collaborative work of fiction.
