Suzanne Craig Mayes '94 and Lisa Marinacci will present their theatrical production and collaboration of SNOOPY!!!, the musical, Friday, Aug. 24 through Sunday, Aug. 26 at The McCadden Place Theatre, 1157 N. McCadden Place, in Hollywood.
All proceeds from this production benefit Downtown Dog Rescue, the only program in California, and possibly the United States, specifically founded to assist homeless dog owners spay/neuter, vaccinate, and license their dogs. The Rescue also offers a variety of other services, including crisis care, for the life of the dog. Read More

After months of planning, members of the Harvard Class of 1962 gathered in May to celebrate their 45th reunion. The weekend-long festivities featured Friday golfing and dinner at the Wilshire Country Club; a Saturday-morning tour of the campus and memorial service in Saint Saviour's Chapel, followed by a luncheon on the Coldwater Canyon campus; and a Saturday-night dinner at Antonio's. Masi Oka '92 has been nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award in the Outstanding Actor in a Drama Series category for his work as Hiro Nakamura on the NBC show, Heroes.

On Tuesday, July 10, Harvard-Westlake hosted a special pre-release screening of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix on the Warner Bros. Studios lot. Of the 500 guests in attendance, more than 100 were alumni who represented class years in every decade from the 1940s through the present.
Ticket sales raised $55,000 for the Alumni Scholar Endowed Fund, which was established in 1999 to benefit alumni legacies.

After successfully hosting the Collins Basketball Camp this summer at Harvard-Westlake, brothers Jason Collins '97 and Jarron Collins '97 are in Troy, N.Y., hosting a basketball camp that will benefit the local Fifth Avenue Zion Church. Jason and Jarron's father, Paul, is originally from Troy.

Sharon Lee '02 was recently featured in UCLA's Daily Bruin newspaper in an an article about how successful internships can lead to full-time positions. Sharon spent six months as an intern at the Kim Light/LightBox Gallery in Culver City, which led to an appointment as the gallery's associate director.

LPGA and World Golf Hall of Fame member Amy Alcott has been named girls’ golf coach at Harvard-Westlake School. Alcott takes over a Wolverine Golf program that went 8-2 in 2006 and finished second in the Mission League. Alcott will be joined by Linda Giaciolli, who will serve as the Assistant Coach. Giaciolli brings a successful, sports marketing and 24 year business background in golf to the program. Read More
